When you sign up and pay for a subscription, you'll be prompted to submit your documents to our identity partner, Stripe Identity, in order to confirm your identity. We're obligated to perform Customer Due Diligence checks to all individuals/businesses to ensure you are who you say you are.
You are required to complete this process - if you do not, you will not be able to use the services we provide, and you are not entitled to a refund for your subscription.
We accept Drivers Licences, Passports and National ID cards for verification. Sometimes, our provider is unable to verify your identity automatically, so we'll complete a manual review of your documents. You'll know if we need to manually review your documents as we'll let you know over email.
