Sometimes, companies may take a little longer than expected to respond to any form of legal request that we submit to them. Typically, we give companies a maximum of seven (7) business days to respond to our claim or filing with them.

Business days are classed as Monday-Friday, 9-5 - meaning if we file a claim past 5pm on a Monday, we expect a response by the Tuesday instead of the Monday.

In addition, bank holidays are not considered business days - we follow the Governments Advice on holiday entitlement for both employees and the companies we file against, so you can see what our company considers a bank holiday here: https://www.gov.uk/bank-holidays (under England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland)
