Otters UK is currently testing a new feature in our support channels called Fin AI, an Artificial Intelligence bot that assists you with questions based on our previous conversations with customers, and content in our help center.
We only use Fin AI in a limited number of conversations where we are unable to locate how we are able to help you. You're notified in the conversation when Fin is going to be responding, and you have the open to talk to a human if you are unsatisfied with the answer Fin has given.
ℹ️ If you wish to opt out of your conversation with our team being collected by Intercom for use in our AI model, please let the agent know and we can do that for you.
