Our Enterprise plan is meant for individuals or businesses who expect to submit a high volume of cases, which would be considered irregular for those on our monthly plan. While our monthly plan doesn't have any limits, if we find you're submitting an irregularly high volume of cases, we will recommend you move to our enterprise plan.
With our enterprise plan, you get access to a dedicated Account Manager, who is able to assist with any and all queries related to your account or cases, and is there for you 24/7/365 for any and all of your questions, something you don't get access to in our monthly plan.
In addition, you get specialised access to our volumetric facilities which allows you to submit cases in bulk through our platform, and (coming soon) allow you to link your account to popular platforms to automatically scan for infringing items.
